Good quality, quick shipping

I ordered the ZDX Cargo Backpack last week and it arrived in about 4 days, which was faster than I expected for standard shipping. The material feels really durable, and the compartments are well-thought-out for organizing my gear. It's comfortable to wear even when fully packed. The CX expansion system on my last Briggs & Riley bag was great, and this backpack lives up to that quality.

Finally! A real carry-on!

Got the Baseline Carry-On Expandable Spinner and it's perfect. So much room, and the expansion feature is awesome for souvenirs. Will definitely shop here again for more! Love it.

Solid purchase, minor issue

I bought the Baseline Medium Expandable Spinner for an upcoming trip. Ordering was straightforward, and it shipped pretty fast, arriving in 6 days. The bag itself seems very well-constructed, and the wheels roll smoothly. I like the 'Simple as That' warranty, which was a big selling point for me. My only small gripe is that the handle felt a little wobbly when fully extended; it didn't affect function but wasn't as solid as I'd hoped. Overall, it's a quality piece for the price, and I'm happy with it despite that small detail.

Hey everyone, thinking about splurging on a Briggs & Riley bag for my upcoming trip. I'm torn between the Baseline and ZDX collections. What's the main difference, and which one would you recommend for general international travel?

I have a Baseline carry-on and it's super sturdy, really smooth wheels. The CX expansion is legit for when you buy too many souvenirs, haha. Pretty sure ZDX is more geared towards everyday versatility, like for commuters, but similar quality materials.

Yeah, Baseline is their classic, more business-travel focused and generally more structured. ZDX is a bit softer, maybe more casual, and often has more external pockets. For international, definitely Baseline for durability and that expansion feature is a lifesaver. I've had mine for years and it's still pristine.
